I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coast Room in Amalfi, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. Giuseppe, the owner, went above and beyond by not only ensuring our comfort but also returning a SIM card I had left in the room, showcasing exceptional dedication to guest service. The ironing facilities provided by Giuseppe's mother were a delightful surprise, adding a personal touch to our stay that I greatly appreciated. The efficient heating and air conditioning made our room incredibly comfortable, allowing us to relax after a day of sightseeing along the stunning Amalfi Coast. The private terrace where we enjoyed our delicious breakfast each morning offered breathtaking views, creating a serene atmosphere that perfectly encapsulated the beauty of the Italian coastline. The attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the electric kettle for tea and coffee, truly exemplified the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Their kindness and ongoing communication post-checkout truly set a new standard in hospitality for me.
